Weekly:

 

$450 per week (March - December), plus sales & occupancy taxes of 9.75%.  $400 per week (January and February).  Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

 

Nightly:

 

$80 per night, 3 night minimum, plus sales & occupancy taxes of 9.75%.  Total rent amount, taxes, deposit(s) and cleaning fee are to be paid in advance to reserve nightly rentals.

 

Monthly:

 

$1,300 monthly, plus sales & occupancy taxes of 9.75%, deposit(s) and cleaning fee.

 

Deposits:

 

$100 refundable security/damage deposit on weekly rentals required to reserve dates.  $200 refundable security deposit on monthly rentals.  Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received.  Total rent amount, taxes, pet deposit, if applicable, and cleaning fee are due no later than two weeks prior to check-in date.

 

$100 "one-time" refundable pet security/damage deposit with prior approval of owner.  Dogs must be current on shots and  flea and tick preventative application is required before bringing dog(s) into cabin.  Dogs only, no cats please.

 

Deposit(s) refunded by mail after housekeeper cleans, inspects property and reports back to owner that all is well, i.e., no damage, missing items, etc.

 

Cleaning Fee:

 

$70 cleaning fee.

 

Check-in/Check-Out Times:

 

Check-in 2:00 p.m.

Check-out 10:00 a.m.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you cancel your dates prior to the two weeks of your check-in date and it can be re-rented, your deposit(s) will be returned.  If property cannot be re-rented, deposit(s) are non-refundable.  If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of your scheduled check-in date, all funds are non-refundable.

 

Telephone/Long Distance:

 

No long distance, please arrange to receive calls only or use your cell phone if needing to make long distance calls.

 

NO SMOKING IN CABIN, smoking allowed outside on deck only (ashtrays provided).
